Morning seminar on hearing protectors and effective hearing conservation (HONEYWELL) 07.11.12

Hearingprotectors and effective hearing conservation. Noise-induced hearing loss is the world’s most prevalent occupational injury. With the proper education, motivation, and protection, it’s also fully preventable.

The seminar will include key elements of an effective hearing conservation program, EU hearing conservation regulations, employee motivation & training techniques/resources and case studies.

Hearing conservationist Brad Witt from Honeywell Safety Products will share practical information on noise-induced hearing loss and the latest research and technologies that can help to enhance your Hearing Conservation Program.

Roar Høydal (Beerenberg Group) will talk about the use of VeriPro as an educational tool for improving ear plug fitting for particularly noise-exposed workers.

Finally, Marit Opsanger (Linjebygg Offshore) will share initial experience in the use of the QP100Ex ear plug system.

Demonstrations of VeriPro and QuietPro (QP100Ex) will be available before and after the seminar.

Arranged by: HoneywellSafety Products – the seminar is free and breakfast is included.
