The purpose of this Guidance together with the NCS Declaration of Security and NCS ISPS Bridging Document is to allow for standardised interaction between the offshore installation and vessels in the safety zone, and by that making loading/unloading more effective and less time-consuming within the framework of the ISPS Code.
