Formål
Følge opp saker på et strategisk nivå innenfor arbeidsgiverpolitikk, rammevilkår, kompetanse og utdanning, arbeidsmarkedspolitikk.
Medlemmer
Alle medlemsbedriftene kan bli medlem av APU. Selskapet skal være representert med en person som representerer ledelsen.
Asset and Licence management Forum
Purpose
Contribute to more effective field and licence collaboration, including operations-related challenges and cooperation over facility operations, production and decommissioning.

Purpose
- Monitoring projects related to aviation safety
- Preparing specialist advice and assistance for users of air transport services

- Following up accidents/incidents related to aviation operations
- Coordinating activities at Offshore Norge in the event of incidents

Purpose
Offshore Norge will play an active role in and ensure collaboration over decommissioning activities for oil and gas operations, with the emphasis on sustainable, safe and cost-effective parameters and solutions.

Fiskalt forum
Formål
Fiskat forum behandler saker innenfor skattesystem og nivå for petroleumsbeskatning, skattetekniske problemstillinger, avgiftsspørsmål og andre skatteøkonomiske analyser.

Alle medlemmer i Offshore Norge innenfor oljeselskapsgruppen, og inntil fem medlemmer av leverandørgruppen, kan være representert i Fiskalt forum.
Forum for CCS
Formål
Forum for CCS skal drøfte og utarbeide anbefalinger og posisjoner for å kunne ivareta og fremme medlemsbedriftenes felles interesser innenfor området CO₂-fangst, -transport og –lagring. Fokus for arbeidet er regulatoriske forhold knyttet til transport og lagring av CO₂.

Alle medlemmer i Offshore Norge kan være representert i Forum for CCS. Maks en representant fra hvert selskap.
Forum for klima og miljø
Formål
Forum for kommunikasjon 2022
Formål
Forum for kommunikasjon skal bidra til å styrke omdømmet til næringen, for å sikre nødvendig langsiktig støtte til petroleumsvirksomheten i Norge. Forumet skal støtte oppunder og forsterke Utvalg for politikk og samfunns arbeid med de strategiske spørsmålene utvalget til enhver tid jobber med.
Potensielle medlemmer
Selskapene nominerer kandidater til forumet. Hvert selskap kan ha ett medlem. Medlemmet må ha kommunikasjon og/eller interessentarbeid som hovedvirkeområde. Møtene foregår på norsk.
Forum for økonomi
Formål
Forum for økonomi skal sikre at interessene til Offshore Norges medlemmer som er rettighetshavere og deltakere i utvinningstilatelser på norsk sokkel i felles regnskapsfaglige spørsmål ivaretas på en god måte.
HSE Forum
Purpose
The forum will contribute to world-class HSE results and to safe and prudent operation. Special attention will be paid to major accident risk.

Industriforum
Formål
Offshore Norge er ihht. Regnskapsavtalen artikkel 2.3 utpekt som sekretariat for Industriforum. Formålet med Industriforum er å dele informasjon om saker vedrørende forståelsen og anvendelsen av Vedlegg B - Regnskapsavtale og tilknyttede spørsmål i Vedlegg A - Samarbeidsavtale og drofte slike saker for i størst mulig grad oppnå enhetlig behandling av like saker på tvers av interessentskap.

Selskap med andel i en utvinningstillatelse på norsk sokkel (rettighetshavere etter petroleumsloven § 1-6 j).
Inventory and Equipment Specialist Network
Purpose
Make provisions through standardisation and collaboration for sharing equipment and equipment information between companies, both in day-to-day operations and in urgent cases.
The network will contribute by determining the direction to be taken by support systems for information sharing in the discipline, both in day-to-day maintenance and in new developments.

Formål

Marine Specialist Network
Purpose
- Joint cooperation for safer maritime operations
- Relevant collaboration within supply, anchor handling and emergency response vessels e.g. anchoring solutions, contingency solutions, walk to work, chemical transport and low and zero emissions solutions
- Information sharing and cross-disciplinary learning
- Collaboration with other relevant stakeholders e.g. GOMO, SfS, PSA, NMD, the Shipping association etc.

Nettverk miljøovervåking
Formål
Nettverket arbeider med miljøovervåkingen som foregår rundt petroleumsaktivitetene på norsk sokkel. Dette omfatter havbunns-/sedimentovervåking, overvåking av vannsøylen og av særskilt sårbare habitater som svamp- og korallområder. Nettverket bistår også Offshore Norge med Forum for Offshore miljøovervåking som arrangeres hvert år, vekselvis med Miljødirektoratet (2022) og Offshore Norge som arrangør (2023). Offshore Norges representant deltar på Koordineringsgruppens (operatørene og Mdir) arbeid med planlegging av miljøovervåkingen i påfølgende år. Nettverket rapporterer til Forum for klima og miljø.
Nettverk miljørisiko og beredskap
Formål
Nettverk Miljørisiko og oljevernberedskap arbeider med temaer knyttet til miljørisikoanalyser og oljevernberedskap på norsk sokkel. For miljørisikoanalysene benytter man blant annet ERA Akutt, en software som forvaltes av Offshore Norge.
Nettverk utslippsrapportering
Formål
Nettverk Utslippsrapportering arbeider med temaer knyttet til årlig rapportering fra petroleumsvirksomheten til Miljødirektoratet og Direktoratet for strålevern og atomsikkerhet (DSA). Rapporteringen går gjennom databasen Footprint, som forvaltes av Offshore Norge. Også boreaktivitet knyttet til CCS på norsk sokkel kan rapporteres i Footprint-databasen.
Nettverk utslipp til sjø
Formål
Nettverket arbeider med utslipp til sjø fra petroleumsvirksomheten offshore. Dette omhandler klassifisering av kjemikalier, utslippstrømmer, vurdering av mulige miljørisiki og sikre at virksomheten har tilstrekkelig beslutningsstøtte for aktivitetene. Temaene omfatter knyttet til bruk og utslipp av kjemikalier, utslipp av produsert vann, borevæsker- og kaks. Nettverket organiserer også arbeidsgrupper som jobber med særskilte tema som EIF, DREAM-MER og ulike retningslinjer. Nettverket er et rådgivende organ under Forum for klima og miljø.
Norsok and international standards Forum
Purpose
- Develop and secure access to quality standards
- Through the development of good standards, help to reduce the use of company-specific requirements
- Develop standards which contribute to good technical and cost-effective solutions in the petroleum industry
- Incorporate expertise and experience from Norway’s petroleum sector in developing international standards

Safety and Preparedness Training Specialist Network
Purpose
The forum will serve as a specialist body for the industry on safety and preparedness training on the NCS.
Potential members
Members are drawn from field operators on the NCS, the unions (Safe, Industry Energy, Lederne and the United Federation of Trade Unions), training centres, the Norwegian Shipowners Association and the PSA (observer).

Security/Cyber Security Specialist Network
Purpose
Security in the supply chain, security at heliports, cyber security and security issues in general.
Potential members
- Oil companies with operational activities offshore (operators)
- Heads of security and cyber security. Each company has two members – one from each discipline. Must be Norwegian citizens, working language is Norwegian, and all may be required to obtain Norwegian security clearance
- Members must have a mandate to represent their own company

Styringskomite for Politikk og samfunn
Formål
Styringskomiteen for politikk og samfunn (STYPOS) jobber med saker på et strategisk nivå innenfor klima, leting og areal, miljø, fiskale spørsmåler, enkelte juridiske spørsmål, kommunikasjon, sameksistens og omdømme.
Potensielle medlemmer
STYPOS skal bestå av minimum 15 medlemmer. Medlemmene skal komme fra operatørselskapene med størst produksjon, andre operatører, selskaper som ikke er operatører og leverandørselskaper.
Subsea Installations Specialist Network
Purpose
The network contributes to experience exchange and efficient collaboration on:
- Subsea production and processing units
- Pipelines and risers
- Subsea power cables
- Umbilicals

Well Integrity Specialist Network
Purpose
Ensure and contribute to the industry’s goals related to well integrity issues. Identify common goals and collaborate on overcoming common challenges for well integrity over the life cycle of wells, with the emphasis on the production phase.
