INDUSTRY POLICY

Offshore Norge works to achieve the best possible frame conditions for competitive and cost-effective operation on the Norwegian continental shelf.

  • Legal affairs

    Offshore Norway’s legal affairs committee is charged with safeguarding members’ interests in this field, in line with the association’s by-laws and strategy as well as the committee’s mandate.

  • Licensing policy

    One of Offshore Norge’s main jobs is to secure continuous and predictable access to attractive exploration acreage. This is necessary for achieving long-term development of the NCS.

  • Fiscal conditions

    The committee on fiscal policy is Offshore Norge's formal body for dealing with issues related to petroleum taxes and other fiscal frame conditions affecting its members.
