The industry program is part of the skills reform "Learning for life". The goal is that no one should expire due to a lack of skills and that more people should be able to stay in work for longer.

The industry program will contribute to competence development in line with the industry's changing needs, so that employees can contribute to changes and be better equipped for tomorrow's working life.
