The accord covers about 700 employees working at bases for the oil industry along the whole Norwegian coast. A few of them belong to the Parat union, which has an agreement identically worded to the one with Industry Energy.
A general pay rise of NOK 0.50 per hour has been agreed with effect from 1 June 2020. In addition come adjustments to minimum pay rates, subsistence allowances, travel provisions and union funds.
Committee work will also be pursued in order to continue developing the land base agreement.
One day had been allocated for the negotiations.
