Negotiations completed for onshore employees

Pay talks on the oil industry agreement with the Norwegian Union of Industry and Energy Workers (Industry Energy) and the oil agreement with the Norwegian Union of Energy Workers (Safe), Parat and Negotia have been concluded.

The parties have agreed on some minor adjustments to these settlements.

Observations on such matters as advance payment of sick pay, home offices and committee work covering practice for shift schedules have been registered in a separate protocol.

Funds made available to the unions for educational work are being increased by NOK 10 to NOK 610.

Some 5 000 employees are covered by these two collective pay agreements. They work primarily on land for such companies as Equinor, ConocoPhillips, Aker BP, Vår Energi, Wintershall Dea Norge, Total E&P Norge, Lundin Energy Norway, Norske Shell, Gassco, Altera Infrastructure Norway and KCA Deutag Drilling Norge.

In addition come a number of other industrial companies and the Norwegian Clean Seas Association for Operating Companies (Nofo).

One day was allocated for the negotiations.
