After five hours of overtime, an agreement was reached between Offshore Norway and Styrke. SAFE has chosen to take industrial action.

Offshore Norway were unable to reach an agreement with the trade union Styrke and Safe two days of negotiations on the identical collective agreements covering approximately 7.200 employees in the supplier industry.

On Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 May, Offshore Norway negotiate with the trade union Styrke on the Oil Service Agreement, and with the Norwegian Union of Energy Workers (Safe) on the Well Services Agreement.
